  3. This archive contains a patch to update ReOrg V3.1 to V3.11.
  4.  
  5. Only one file of the ReOrg V3.1 distribution is affected: the
  6. program file `ReOrg'.
  7.

  9. To apply the patch:
  10.  
  11.  - Assign `ReOrg' to the directory where your ReOrg program
  12.    file is located (e.g. if it is in `Work:Utilities' enter
  13.    the Shell command `assign ReOrg: Work:Utilities').
  14.    (This assign is only needed temporarily to apply the patch.
  15.    You need NOT put it in your user-startup.)
  16.  - `CD' to the directory that contains the patch file and
  17.    enter `execute patch.exec'.
  18.

  20. In ReOrg V3.11 several bugs that showed up after the release of V3.1
  21. have been fixed:
  22.  
  23.  - If the user moved an online-help file `ReOrg_<language>.guide'
  24.    to a different location than `PROGDIR:help/<language>' ReOrg
  25.    would only find it if the directory `PROGDIR:help/<language>'
  26.    _exists_.
  27.    In V3.11 you can place ReOrg's online-help file either in
  28.    `PROGDIR:help/<language>' or in any directory listed in your
  29.    ENV:AmigaGuide/Path variable.
  30.    In the latter case the directory `PROGDIR:help/<language>'
  31.    need not exist.

  33.  - Sometimes ReOrg V3.1 allocated more memory than it needed - fixed
  34.    in V3.11.
  35.  
  36.  - For FFS->OFS conversions ReOrg V3.1 sometimes displayed a
  37.    `Disk full' error message even if the output disk was not
  38.    full - fixed in V3.11.
  39.  
  40.  - If the boot disk (or any other disk with open FileLocks on
  41.    it) was optimized in Two-Disk-Mode ReOrg V3.1 sometimes treated
  42.    those FileLocks incorrectly. This could cause different AmigaDOS
  43.    problems like checksum errors until the next reboot - fixed
  44.    in V3.11.
  45.  
  46.  - If graphical sector display was switched off and the target
  47.    disk used DCFS format ReOrg V3.1 could cause Enforcer hits and
  48.    sometimes even system crashes - fixed in V3.11.

  51. This patch fixes ALL KNOWN bugs in ReOrg. If you find any further
  52. bugs in ReOrg, please report them to me ! Remember: Bugs that are
  53. not reported will probably not get fixed.
